Visa Sales Enablement Tool

A series of screen mockups hovering over each other developed for Visa

Project Brief

Visa hired Spur-Reply to step in and facilitate design conversations between corporate stakeholders and an offshore development team to get a product launch timeline back on track. Core team responsibilities involved designing software based on stakeholder requirements, creating documentation, and ensuring clean handoff and development.

Research

One of the core reasons our firm was brought in was to identify the gaps between an existing v1 design and the product an external engineering team had delivered. The visa stakeholders were dissatisfied with the implementation of the design and the work had fallen behind their timeline.

My work involved conducting stakeholder interviews, identifying gaps within the existing product, and working with the engineering team to understand the decisions made in their build process.

Ideate

Based on the gaps and pain points found I worked on designing a new UI and flow to help rectify frictional experiences, scale the product, and fill in any user flow gaps.

Design

After understanding what had been done and workshopping solutions I was able to create detailed interactive prototypes to demo for the clients.

Once they approved final designs I could handoff these designs to the engineering team which led to a much improved design to engineering pipeline and got the clients product timeline back on track.
